Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process, or use the QR code for a printer-less drop-off.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label attached.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification as soon as our warehouse processes your refund or exchange.
